Partnering with CSS

CSS works to nurture the radical imagination of frontline communities, and to grow the narrative capacity, skills, practice, and impact of movement institutions and leaders that serve them through a range of partnership services — from customized Story-based Strategy Trainings, to narrative coaching and technical assistance, to narrative project and campaign design and strategies.

We practice accompaniment and accountability with social justice movements. We offer trainings that range from 1 or 2-day trainings, narrative coaching, to building of movement partnerships that extend over several months / years. We co-create and imagine with collaborators based on a combination of factors, including shared values and vision, availability of our team of narrative practitioners and trainers, timing with our overall work, and alignment with our own theory of change.
