Today Wednesday, April 15 tens-of-thousands of people are joining the #FightFor15 (www.april15.org). This inspiring organizing for $15 an hour wage and the right to form a union without retaliation got us thinking: What is the story McDonalds is telling us? What is the story that works for workers? Two years ago a handful of fast food cooks and cashiers went on strike in New York City. Their brave action, taken without the protection of a union or a labor contract, sparked what has grown into the Fight for 15 Campaign that includes fast food workers, home care workers, gas station attendants, Wal-Mart workers and airport workers (for more information go to fightfor15.org).

This movement is one big powerful story.
