Reparations and LANDBACK Sandbox 2026

This is an interactive, hands-on, 3-hour virtual session that invites participants to reimagine narratives on Reparations and LANDBACK work. This time, we will also be interrogating how our narratives can fall into the trap of conditional belonging, which shapes our worth and identity around white supremacy.Together we’ll explore how we can shift towards narratives of unconditional belonging to ensure that we are working to free our entire community, not just those deemed worthy by the same systems that attempt to erase us.

What’s a Sandbox? It’s a space where we build our movements’ capacity to radically imagine, create, play, and share exciting ideas that have the potential to #changethestory on issues that matter to us.

Whether you’re an organizer, activist, community leader, or grassroots communicator, this is your chance to practice creative storytelling and critical narrative analysis.
